Digital Art
Why?
I have decided to do digital art because I wanted an outlet for my creativity and digital art is my prefered way, it is also nice because it is inexpensive. I am fairly slow to improve at drawing and 3d modeling and that drives me to do better and want to do more. Because I have been fast to learn everything in school it makes me want to take on the challenge and learn faster. I also consider it a possible job opportunity, but that is years in the future.Materials
For digital drawing and painting I use Photoshop, I previously used Krita but I switched to Photoshop for more brush sets and my art class uses photshop so it was easier to get used to. Any real life drawing I do I just use a simple no. 2 pencil and a medium sized sketchbook. For 3d modeling I use Blender, I havent gotten super into it yet so I might gain more tools later on.
Additional information
Digital art is currently my favourite hobby (6/23/24) and I usually spend 2+ hours a day on it.I am currently doing Marc Brunets "Art School" digital art course, which consists of 10 terms, lasting around 2 years, and is a self learning program.
I will post images of about half of my practice art from the art course and 3d modeling, while posting almost everything for personal projects.
